Ainsley was very good. AI was an absentee vendor so he arranged for things (new carpets), showed initiative in optimising house for photographs with the handicap of an untidy tenant. He attended to jobs that maybe I should have been doing, but it was not trouble for him. I believe his marketing strategy was excellent and efficient yielding bumper offers, and he negotiated well, given a particular defect in the roof sheeting. It yielded results I was happy with.

PRD Bundaberg managed to sell our investment property for some where near the the market value. They have also managed the investment property for over 5 years now and have always made sure our investment was well looked after.
The selling processes was a little frustrating with some lack of communications at times through the open homes and feed back.
In saying that i would recommend them to look after your investment property.
