Ainsley was very good. AI was an absentee vendor so he arranged for things (new carpets), showed initiative in optimising house for photographs with the handicap of an untidy tenant. He attended to jobs that maybe I should have been doing, but it was not trouble for him. PRD Bundaberg managed to sell our investment property for some where near the the market value. They have also managed the investment property for over 5 years now and have always made sure our investment was well looked after.
